This policy explains how No Added Sugar handles personal data through this website in line with the GDPR and related privacy laws. It is written for the current site setup: a landing page, a contact form, a map embed, and a theme preference stored in the browser.

We do not currently run advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or analytics cookies on this site.

When those services are loaded, they may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser headers. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Cookies And Local Storage
This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. It does store a theme preference in your browser using localStorage so the site can remember light or dark mode.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond, evaluate a project opportunity, maintain relevant business records, or comply with legal obligations. If there is no ongoing relationship, we aim to review and delete stale enquiry data within 24 months unless a longer period is required.
International Transfers
